Blocks
This is a complete masonry system for exterior and interior walls. Hebel blocks create walls from 100mm to 300mm thick. A typical exterior house wall is 200mm thick. With the solid block system you have a home with a quality masonry feel and all the advantages of building in Hebel- warm, dry, quiet, solid, fire resistant and durable. These are amazing homes! Lightweight Concrete can supply and construct your Hebel block home.
75mm Panel Cladding
An exterior veneer cladding system designed for use with conventional timber or steel frame construction. The panels are steel reinforced and come in a range of sizes. The panel system is perfect for the re-cladding of homes which are looking tired and out dated, or have issues with the integrity of the existing cladding. This is a strong, long-life cladding and very simple to install- much faster than bricks. Like all Hebel products, due to the precise, even finish, it forms an ideal base for a variety of attractive, low maintenance, textured acrylic paint finishes. Owners find the range of finishes, colours and textures very appealing.
Panel Flooring
These specially designed panels are for installation over traditional timber or steel floor joists and forms a superior solid floor compared with timber, particle board or composite alternatives. Suited for residential, commercial and industrial applications, it’s strong, lightweight nature as well as its thermal and sound absorbing qualities, makes this an excellent flooring substrate.
Structural Floor Panels
Steel reinforced and designed for floors, Hebel structural panels also make great ceiling and roofing panels in a wide range of end uses including commercial, industrial, and residential construction. No topping concrete is required and the finished floor provides very good structural diaphragms to help brace the structure. As with Hebel blocks and the 75mm panel cladding these panels provide superior thermal insulation, sound reducing and fire rating characteristics compared with more traditional construction materials.
Commercial and Industrial Wall Systems
Hebel commercial and industrial wall panels are steel reinforced panels for non-load bearing applications where thermal, acoustic or fire- proofing properties are desired. Both horizontal and vertically placed panels provide a range of system applications. Vertical panels may also be used for free standing load bearing applications in conjunction with floor and roof diaphragms. All panels are manufactured in widths up to 600mm and in varying thicknesses from 100mm to 200mm in lengths up to 5.8m. Installation is quick and the lightness of the panels means that the primary structure is often more slender than that required for other claddings.
Acoustic wall systems
There are four basic wall systems which equal or exceed the requirements of the New Zealand Building Code. They are based on the use of 75mm thick Hebel Panel, with or without various combinations of steel and timber framing, lining, and supplementary insulation. The resulting walls provide a high performance acoustic insulation system as well as excellent fire rating properties, impeding noise and the spread of fire through walls, floors and roofs.
Fences
A wide range of fence types can be constructed using various Hebel panels from 75mm upwards. Modern robust fences suitable for decorative, noise abatement or fire screen purposes are possible, in an endless array of styles for residential, commercial and industrial applications.
