Lightweight Concrete Waikato (2005) Ltd (LCW) is owned and operated by the Foster Construction Group of Companies.  Current directors are Colin Wade, Leonard Gardner and Alan Steel.  Alan Steel is a shareholder and the manager of the business.  All 3 Directors have a large amount of construction and management experience.  Complementing this, LCW has a full time quantity surveyor and construction manager.  A regular team of subcontractors provide the bulk of our on site capabilities.  Our business and operating systems are provided by administrative support from the Foster Group.
